ORDERS:

Can I order if I am based outside of New Zealand?

We currently only accept orders for those who reside in New Zealand.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, you will need to provide us with an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery (e.g. work address). If nobody is home when the delivery is attempted, a 'card to call' will be left where you can arrange for re-delivery or a depot collection.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have completed your online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a further email with tracking details of your order (unless you have requested to collect the order). 

Can I return my order if it doesn't fit?

Generally, yes you can. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and within the 30 days of the purchase date. If you order has had any sort of custom printing or embellishment (e.g. name, number or logo), unfortunately we will not exchange the item. 

Is it safe to order online?

Clubgear.co.nz uses secure server software. All information including your name, address and credit card number are encrypted for your protection. All information remains confidential.


PAYMENT:

What credit card payments do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or direct bank transfer.

Do you accept bank transfer?

Yes we do accept direct bank transfer. Note your order will not be processed until the finds have cleared into our bank account.

What will appear on my bank statement?

The name that will appear on your bank statement will be the company trading name - which is Sportworx 2012 Ltd.

Who am I ordering with?

You are placing your order with the New Zealand owned business registered as Sportworx 2012 Ltd.  

 

DELIVERY:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 5 working days for the printing/embroidery. We will always advise of delays due to stock issues as soon as possible after your order is placed. 

What courier service do you use?

We use NZ Couriers to deliver nationwide within New Zealand. 

Is there are delivery charge?

All orders under $150.00 in value are subject to a $5 deliver charge. All order over $150.00 are delivered freight free. 

How can I track my order?

You can track you order on the NZ Couriers website http://www.nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace.html

Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address? 

No, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. You always need to provide a physical address.
